Chamber Music Competition
On Friday 7th June, a Quintet consisting of students from Waitaki Boys', Waitaki Girls' and St Kevins' College, competed in the Chamber Music Competition in Dunedin at Marama Hall at Otago University. Noah Fifita on piano from Boys' High, Mei-Li and Anika Hayes on Saxophones, Milan Beattie on bass guitar all from Waitaki Girls and Rory Bailey on drums from St Kevins. They performed two pieces in front of a live audience and judge. Group were highly commended by the judge. Results still to come.
