Volunteer Thankyou
Last Thursday a small group from our awesome student sport volunteers were acknowledged at a lunch held at Portside restaurant.
Eight students from each high school were invited to the event hosted by Aoraki Secondary School Sport.
Guest speaker Adair Craik talked about the importance of volunteers and thanked the students for the great work that they do.
WBHS are very proud of ALL our boys that help with sport in some way, through coaching, managing, being first aiders, administrators, scorekeepers or referees etc. A massive thank you to you all, sport can not happen without the help of volunteers and we appreciate the work you do.
